Design Etiquette

I am certain that some people will have a very long version of this. But in short, my rules for design etiquette boils down to: Don't be a dick. It should be nice and simple enough, but well, sometimes we do need to clarify, so I will expand upon it.

Do not claim someone else's work as your own.
This is a pretty simple one. Do not claim to be the maker of avatars, resources and work that is not yours. If you were inspired by someone else, say so.

If you gave it away, it is gone.
Another pretty simple one. Don't recycle avatars that were given away.

Credit where credit is due.
Always, always credit. Be it the artist of the avatar you are wearing, the creator of the resources you are using, or the inspiration for your artwork.

Ask permission. Or ask questions.
If you do not know something, try asking the original artist. Can I use this resource, can I use your work for inspiration, how did you achieve this effect?
